Make recipes that contain in their base white meat like fish, since it is rich in good fats to maintain your cardiovascular health".

Ingredients

To be marinated with:

  • ¾ cup of natural Light Yogurt.

  • 1 cloves of finely chopped garlic.

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion.

  • 2 fillets of white fish (split in half).

For cooking

  • 4 pictures of aluminum foil

  • 2 pieces of nopal cut in half

  • 1 piece sliced tomato

  • ¼ sliced piece of white onion

  • . cup of Panela cheese in cubes

  • . cup of chopped coriander

  • Salt and black pepper

Preparation
  1. Mix the natural Light Yogurt.

  2. Let stand covered and refrigerated for 10 minutes.

  3. On aluminum foil, put a half of nopal, fish and vegetables.

  4. Distribute Panela Light Cheese in each package.

  5. Splash and close the packages perfectly.

  6. Cook on a griddle or skillet.

  7. When the packages are inflated cook for three more minutes.
