Make recipes that contain in their base white meat like fish, since it is rich in good fats to maintain your cardiovascular health".

Ingredients
To be marinated with:
¾ cup of natural Light Yogurt.
1 cloves of finely chopped garlic.
2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion.
2 fillets of white fish (split in half).
For cooking
4 pictures of aluminum foil
2 pieces of nopal cut in half
1 piece sliced tomato
¼ sliced piece of white onion
. cup of Panela cheese in cubes
. cup of chopped coriander
Salt and black pepper
Preparation
Mix the natural Light Yogurt.
Let stand covered and refrigerated for 10 minutes.
On aluminum foil, put a half of nopal, fish and vegetables.
Distribute Panela Light Cheese in each package.
Splash and close the packages perfectly.
Cook on a griddle or skillet.
When the packages are inflated cook for three more minutes.
