Ingredients
240 g beef
4 tomatoes
2 zucchini
2 pieces of pasilla pepper
Onion to taste
2 cdta vegetable oil
Garlic to taste
Preparation
Wash and disinfect vegetables.
Wash and drain the meat. Add salt and pepper.
Cubed cut the zucchini.
Roast, wake and boil the chili.
Blend the tomato with the chili, onion and garlic. Strain.
Cook the sauce in half of the oil and add salt.
Add zucchini and water. Bring to a boil over low heat.
In the remaining oil, cook the steak on both sides and add to sauce. Boil for five minutes
