TERIYAKI CHICKEN STEAK

"This classic dish of Japanese inspiration can also be made with salmon or shrimp, according to your preference".

Ingredients
  •  6 pieces of boneless chicken breast (100 g each)

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 4 cups cooked rice

  • 3 oranges

Teriyaki sauce

  • 1 cup of orange juice

  • . cup of soy sauce

  • cup of SPLENDAÒ Calorie Free Sweetener, Granulated

  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped ginger

  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch

Preparation
  • Mix all the ingredients, for the sauce, except the cornstarch, and cook them for 10 minutes.

  • Dilute the cornstarch in a little water and add to the mixture.

  • Leave it on the fire for 3 or 5 minutes.

  • Breasts: Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet with a little oil.

  • Cut the oranges in half and fold them in a pan with very hot Teflon.

  • Place chicken breast on a plate, sprinkle with Teriyaki sauce, accompany with cooked rice and garnish with golden orange.
