WOK GREENS WITH TURKEY

Ingredients
1 small zucchini of about 160 gr
1 small carrot of about 60 gr
1 fine turkey fillet of 90 gr
1 glass of water
1 teaspoon olive oil
Curry or soy to taste
Chopped garlic
Salt to taste
Preparation
Wash the zucchini and carrot thoroughly and, unpeeled, cut into strips and with 1 tbsp. of oil give a few laps in the wok
Add a glass of water with some dissolved curry (can be replaced by a good soy jet) and turn occasionally so that it does not burn
While making the vegetables in the wok, also cut into strips the turkey fillets.
After about 6 or 8 minutes, the water from the vegetables will have been consumed. Remove the wok from the heat and in a small skillet with a splash of oil brown the turkey strips. Put a pinch of salt, chopped garlic and a little curry. Keep 2 minutes on moderate heat.
Serve in 2 bowls, mixing vegetables and turkey and accompanied by a good salad.
