Ingredients
400 g of chicken breasts
5 cups of celery
2 1/2 onions
12 1/2 almonds
5 cups of lettuce
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
Wash the breasts with plenty of water, removing the skin and bone.
Wash and disinfect lettuce, celery, and onions.
Cook the breasts in olive oil.
Chop the almonds, celery and onions, then mix all the ingredients except lettuce.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
