LENT TOAST WITH CUCUMBER SAUCE

Ingredientes
  • 2cda. Shrimp stock

  • . pcs. of cucumber

  • 2 cdas. Philadelphia cheese

  • 72 gr. peeled shrimp

  • Minced garlic

  • 1cdita. Oil

  • 2cda. Lemon juice 1 cda. hot sauce

  • 2 pcs. baked toast

  • To taste Lettuce

  • To taste Tomato cubes

Preparation
  1. Mix the cheese with the cucumber and shrimp stock.

  2. In a frying pan heat oil, add garlic and let lightly brown, add shrimp, lemon juice , spicy sauce 1 tbsp. shrimp broth.

  3. Mix and cook shrimp until pink and the liquid thickens slightly.

  4. Serve over toast by adding cucumber sauce, lettuce, tomato and shrimp mixture.
