LENT TOAST WITH CUCUMBER SAUCE

Ingredientes
2cda. Shrimp stock
. pcs. of cucumber
2 cdas. Philadelphia cheese
72 gr. peeled shrimp
Minced garlic
1cdita. Oil
2cda. Lemon juice 1 cda. hot sauce
2 pcs. baked toast
To taste Lettuce
To taste Tomato cubes
Preparation
Mix the cheese with the cucumber and shrimp stock.
In a frying pan heat oil, add garlic and let lightly brown, add shrimp, lemon juice , spicy sauce 1 tbsp. shrimp broth.
Mix and cook shrimp until pink and the liquid thickens slightly.
Serve over toast by adding cucumber sauce, lettuce, tomato and shrimp mixture.
