BALSAMIC CHICKEN STEW

Ingredients
Black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Pro-cardio oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
400g diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Preparation
1. Season the breasts with black pepper and garlic powder.
2. Heat the Capullo Pro-cardio oil in a skillet and brown the onion along with the seasoned chicken breasts.
3. Pour the tomatoes and balsamic vinegar over the chicken and season with basil, oregano, rosemary and thyme.
4. Simmer about 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices are clear. Serve with vegetables on top.
