CORIANDER CHICKEN

Ingredients
500 g of chicken breasts
5 onions
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup coriander to taste
7 1/2 tablespoons margarine (low fat without salt)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Ingredients
Rinse chicken breasts with plenty of water, removing bone and skin.
Wash and disinfect cilantro and onions
Chop the onion, garlic cloves and cilantro finely.
Acitrone the onions and garlic cloves in the margarine until the onion is tender.
Add chicken, salt and pepper, cooking over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes.
Integrate the coriander
