WHY PHYSICAL EXERCISE IS SO GOOD?

You exercise constantly without even realizing it. When you run outdoors or kick a ball at school, you’re exercising. What else is considered physical exercise? Play sports, dance and push-ups. Even bend over to touch your toes!


When you exercise, you strengthen your body. Therefore, stay active every day. Your body will thank you!

Make your heart happy

The heart is a muscle.It works hard to pump blood every day.It helps your heart get stronger by doing aerobic exercises.


Aerobic means "with air".When you do aerobic exercises, you breathe faster and breathe in more air.Your heart also beats stronger.This exercises the heart.It will become better in your main job: take oxygen from the air you breathe and send it to all parts of the body.

What kind of exercise is good for me?

There are many physical exercises that can make your heart pump.Try these:

  • swimming

  • basketball

  • hockey

  • run or walk

  • skating

  • football

  • cross-country skiing

  • ride a bike

  • jump into the rope

How can i strengthen my muscles?

Have you ever used a square climber or played a chisel?Both activities can strengthen your leg and arm muscles.Here are other ways to strengthen your muscles:

  • Push-up

  • Do pull-ups (hang from a bar and raise the trunk with the strength of the arms)

  • Play pull a rope (chiseled)

  • Paddle

  • Run

  • Jump

  • Ride a bike

How can i gain more flexilibility?

Being flexible means you can easily stretch your body. Physical exercises that improve flexibility will make you feel great, like when you stretch out in the morning after you wake up. It’s easy to find activities that help you stretch:

  • artistic gymnastics

  • yoga

  • dance to

  • karate

  • flex, rotate and stretch

Exercise will make you feel good

It’s nice to have a strong, flexible body that allows you to do all the things you enjoy, like running, jumping and playing with your friends. It’s also fun to be good at something, like hitting the hoop, hitting with a baseball bat, or dancing.


Exercise can also improve your mood. When you exercise, the brain releases chemicals that make you feel happier. That’s another reason why it’s a good idea to exercise.
